Thanks Ari, I am so grateful to you for your time. On another note, I really have tried to figure out if I can use PowToons but I am so bad at anything artistic that I fall flat on my face trying. I did a Powtoons a long time ago one time and it was so bad. I know you guys think it is so easy to use and it is very, very easy to use, but if your brain is not programmed to be artistic it is hard to make one that looks good. Is there a way to get help as I really want to use your product so very much!! Again, thanks for all of the amazing help!

Rock and roll! Alright, so f your goal is to make it shorter for SEO optimization – great. Then we can do the following – and then some extra suggestions:

First of all, “See How a CRE Marketing Pro Improved Web Traffic Using theBrokerList” – is great!! If you want to make it shorter, how’s this:

“How theBrokerList Grew Traffic For This CRE Broker”

Ideally – you’d want to give a numbered proof at the end. Like, “How theBrokerList Grew Traffic For This CRE Broker by 57%”.

That last part is how a headline goes from good to irresistible. It’s that ‘57%’ which people will be most drawn to – the specifics. Also – “Improved” is too general, “grew” is a bit better, but we all want to know by how much to set your content apart from everyone else’s. The specific results is GOLD.

Also – those specific results would be the perfect data to showcase on your blog, throughout the blog. I read the entire post – and even though I didn’t get all the CRE lingo – what would make it even better is adding the specific numbers Brent is getting thanks to theBrokerList.

When you add the number to your headline, the sub-headline is no longer necessary. Because your audience will be so curious to know HOW someone grew traffic (or whatever the specific result they’re after is) by that number that they start to read.

You just want to focus the content on results – and results speak for themselves. People I’m sure will LOVE it and will be hungry to learn more.

One final point – at the end of the post Brent mentions this is part of a ‘long series’ – which is great that he loves your work so much to post – amazing. I’d suggest to optimize it by saying, “This is the first in a [x] part series showing [y] case studies how theBrokerList is growing my CRE business by [z]%”.

The idea is to again specify where your reader’s at in their journey and what the journey is specifically for. “Long series” is not irresistible – but when you specify the benefits with numbered content – his new series becomes irresistible.

Thanks Ari, I am trying it here: http://blog.thebrokerlist.com/why-argus-dcf-is-used-by-this-commercial-real-estate-broker/ I did shorter headline, even though this headline is still too long for Google, per the message “Title Display in Google is limited to a fixed width, yours is too long.” But I still used it and also added a real long sub headline in the top of the post. We used to take Neil’s advice too and we NEVER optimized for SEO, but we have this year and it does seem to have helped our traffic and blogs so we are working hard at doing both. Writing for our audience is #1 but we try to tweak stuff to make it better for SEO if and when possible.

Here is one I need help with. One of our most awesome members wrote the most incredible Tesimonial for us and we want to publish it. Here is the headline I have so far:
