Hey Jeisson 🙂
Love your question and thank you for the awesome feedback!
If you’re using PowToon to create videos for customer support and you’re not sure how to use this posts’ strategy (did I get that right?) – then here’s an idea:
The strategy of ‘Showcasing Your Tribe’ doesn’t have to be a video all on it’s own. It can be PART of a content or training video.
So let’s say you need to create a PowToon for customer support who’s having a failure with their Directv. In addition to providing them with the solution – showcase others who have used your solution – include proof of others in your Tribe who have used and enjoyed your solutions and support.
Does that make sense?
So if I understood your question correctly – I’d recommend you using this strategy as an ‘Addition’ to your core content. That way you’re doing great work in supporting your customs and clients while also showing them how many others are going through this problem AND are LOVING your solution.
Let me know how it goes Jeisson and if this helps you 🙂
Talk soon,
Ari
